Job summary

STARK, a defence technology company, is seeking a Product Manager for Maritime to own the development of software-defined maritime capabilities and sensor suites. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with System Engineering, Project Delivery, and Operations to translate operational requirements into scalable platforms for NATO allied maritime operations.

The role requires a technical degree or equivalent, experience in maritime/defence product management, and eligibility to obtain UK

Qualifications

Technical degree or equivalent experience in maritime/defence engineering.
Experience delivering complex maritime/defence systems in product management.
Understanding of maritime operations and sensor integration.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage regulatory requirements.
Eligibility to obtain and maintain UK security clearance.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end development of software-defined maritime capabilities and sensor suites.
Lead collaboration across System Engineering, Project Delivery, and Operations.
Drive testing strategies including SITL, HITL, and full hardware/software integrations.
Identify platform opportunities through strategic market analysis for NATO forces.
Manage lifecycle from prototype to deployment and customer acceptance.
Ensure safety and compliance across the maritime product portfolio.
Communicate vision and milestones to stakeholders and defence partners.
