Job summary

OSI Maritime Systems in the United Kingdom is seeking an Autonomous Systems Capability Development Manager to lead the roadmap and market OSI's autonomous maritime capabilities, coordinating with Business Development and Product teams.

You will define requirements, monitor regulatory changes, and act as the subject matter expert for autonomous maritime systems, engaging with military and government customers and key partners. A strong communicator with strategic vision is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
• Experience with Military or Governmental customers.
• Experience with Uncrewed Surface Vessels or Uncrewed Underwater Vessels.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for OSI's autonomous maritime systems.
• Direct support to Global Business Development to market and sell autonomous products.
• Define product requirements based on market analysis and customer feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.
• Serve as SME for Autonomous Maritime Systems with cross-functional teams.
• Gather customer requirements through market surveys and visits.
