Job summary

VANRATH is assisting a recognisable Public Sector employer based in Belfast city centre to recruit a DP Accountant on a temporary-to-permanent basis.

The role involves supporting the Head of Finance with monthly accounts, with an immediate start and hybrid working arrangement. Fully qualified accountants with at least 1 year PQE are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Accountant with at least 1 year PQE.
• Experience as Financial & Management Accountant.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts.
• Assist in preparation of daily, weekly and monthly files.
• Analyse data, investigate & report on variances.
• Budgeting & forecasting.
• Prepare monthly journals.

The DP Accountant will support the Head of Finance with the preparation of monthly accounts for the organisation. To be considered for this role it is essential to be a fully qualified Accountant with at least 1 years post qualified experience.

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with at least 1 years PQE
• Financial & Management Accountant experience
• Strong Excel skills
