Auberge Collection Cambridge House in Mayfair is seeking a Doorman to greet guests with warmth, assist with doors and luggage, and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience. You will be one of the first faces guests meet, delivering a polished, attentive service in a landmark luxury setting.

As part of the House team, you will share local knowledge and elevate guest experiences, maintaining a discreet and professional presence while supporting safety and comfort throughout busy periods.

Qualifications

• Prior luxury hospitality or doorman experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and welcoming manner.
• Ability to stay composed and attentive during busy periods.

• Maintain the presentation of the entrance and surrounding areas to the highest standards, ensuring the House always feels inviting.
• Support the safety, privacy and comfort of guests through sound judgement, vigilance and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury hospitality, doorman or guest-facing role is desirable.
• A natural passion for hospitality and a genuine enjoyment of welcoming and engaging with guests.
• Excellent communication skills, a welcoming manner and a polished, professional presence.
• An attentive eye for detail, with the ability to anticipate needs and remain composed during busy periods.
• A collaborative approach, taking pride in supporting fellow team members and delivering exceptional service together.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
