YouFibre in Balmoral, Northern Ireland is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive customer conversions for broadband services. You will build a personal sales pipeline, engage residents in the local area, and work toward ambitious targets with an uncapped commission structure.

The role offers a base salary of £25,000–£28,000 per year plus uncapped commission (OTE £50K), a £250 monthly car allowance, and comprehensive benefits. Prior field sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct, in-person sales is preferred.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
• Strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfort working in field and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• You’ll be out and about going door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on.
• You’ll manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.
• You will be driving your performance - hitting and exceeding your targets consistently
• Building relationships will be second nature, both within the local community and internally too.
• You’ll be open to feedback, eager to learn and able to adapt your approach.

• You’ve got solid sales experience ideally in a face-to-face role and know how to engage people and get that yes.
• You’re friendly and confident and enjoy real conversations.
• Confident going solo, you thrive on managing your time and hitting targets in the field.
