Job summary

Charity Link is recruiting a Field Sales Executive to work exclusively with Dogs Trust across the UK. The role is outdoor and full-time, with training provided and a guaranteed basic salary. Your commission will boost earnings, with on-target earnings of around £47,000 and potential to exceed £50,000 by securing multiple sign-ups daily.

You’ll start with full training, travel between postcodes, and operate in areas identified by the venues team, developing your own approach as targets are met.

Responsibilities

• Fundraise in areas recommended by venues team, hitting targets.
• Open conversations with residents and make every doorstep count.
• Share the Dogs Trust story and encourage regular giving.
• Handle objections and convert conversations to monthly donors.
• Maintain positive energy through rejection and tough days.
• Record donor details on a tablet in line with data protection standards.
• Travel independently between postcodes.
• Represent Dogs Trust professionally and ethically.
