Charity Link is seeking a Field Sales Executive to work exclusively with Dogs Trust, visiting communities, engaging residents, and inviting ongoing monthly donations. You will be part of a permanent sales team, operating outdoors with full training provided and a commitment to performance targets.

You earn a guaranteed basic salary plus uncapped commission with on-target earnings around £47,000, potentially over £50,000 with consistent performance.

Responsabilités

• Fundraise in areas recommended by our venues team, targeting to hit the set goals.
• Open conversations with residents and make every doorstep count.
• Share the Dogs Trust story and impact to encourage regular giving.
• Handle objections and convert conversations into long-term monthly donors.
• Stay positive and persistent through rejection and tough days.
• Record donor details accurately on a tablet, following data protection standards.
• Travel independently between postcodes.
• Represent Dogs Trust in a professional, ethical and positive way.
