Charity Link is recruiting for a Field Sales Executive to work exclusively with Dogs Trust, representing the charity to the public and building ongoing monthly donations. The role is outdoor, with full training and support, and offers a guaranteed basic salary plus uncapped commission.

Targets set the pace, with earnings potentially over £50,000 per year. You’ll travel between postcodes, maintain donor records, and act as a professional ambassador for Dogs Trust.

Qualifications

• Door-to-door sales experience is desirable but not essential.
• Full training provided.
• Self-motivation and the discipline to work independently.
• Passion for charitable causes, especially Dogs Trust.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weathers.

Responsibilities

• Fundraise in the areas recommended by our venues team, with more say over where, as you build a record of hitting target
• Open conversations with residents & make every doorstep count
• Share the story & impact behind the Dogs Trust campaign & make the case for regular giving
• Handle objections confidently & convert conversations into long-term monthly donors
• Stay positive & keep your energy up through rejection & tough days
• Record donor details accurately on your tablet, following data protection & fundraising regulatory standards
• Travel independently between postcodes
• Represent Dogs Trust in a professional, ethical & positive way
