Charity Link is seeking a Field Sales Executive to work exclusively with Dogs Trust, fundraising door-to-door for regular monthly donations. The role offers a guaranteed basic salary with uncapped commission and OTE around £47,000, with potential to exceed £50,000.

You’ll receive full training, travel between postcodes, and support from a venues team to identify strong fundraising locations. It’s an outdoor, full-time role requiring resilience and ownership of your targets.

Responsibilities

• Fundraise in areas suggested by the venues team, building a track record of meeting targets.
• Open conversations with residents and make every doorstep count.
• Share the Dogs Trust story and the impact of regular giving.
• Handle objections confidently and convert conversations into long-term donors.
• Stay positive and maintain energy through rejection and tough days.
• Record donor details accurately on your tablet, following data protection rules.
• Travel between postcodes independently.
• Represent Dogs Trust professionally and ethically.
