Job summary

Charity Link is recruiting a Field Sales Executive to work exclusively with Dogs Trust, fundraising through doorstep conversations and sign-ups for monthly donations. You’ll receive a guaranteed base salary with uncapped commission and training support, with earnings potential exceeding £50,000 for strong performers.

The role is outdoor and requires you to travel between postcodes, with mileage reimbursement and opportunities for career progression. Full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Fundraise in assigned areas and build a target-hitting track record.
• Open conversations with residents and make conversations count for donations.
• Share Dogs Trust story and the impact to encourage regular giving.
• Handle objections confidently and convert conversations to long-term donors.
• Stay positive and energetic through rejection and tough days.
• Record donor details accurately on a tablet, following data protection rules.
• Travel independently between postcodes and fundraise in suitable locations.
• Represent Dogs Trust professionally, ethically and positively.
