Job summary

Professional Security is hiring Door Supervisors for venues across the UK. As a Door Supervisor you are the face of safety, managing entrances and delivering excellent customer service in hospitality settings.

We offer competitive hourly rates, weekly pay, flexible shifts, and career progression with one of the UK's largest security providers. SIA license required and BS7858 vetting.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential).
• Ability to pass BS7858 security vetting.
• Previous experience in security, hospitality, or crowd management.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Calm, confident, and professional attitude.
• Strong teamwork and reliability.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and late-night shifts.
• Reliable transport to and from assigned venues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible and approachable presence at venue entrances and throughout premises.
• Engage positively with customers while supporting venue staff.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct that reflects the brand.
• Work closely with venue management to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Identify and address potential issues early to prevent escalation.
• Enforce venue policies including age verification, dress codes, and intoxication policies.
• Manage incidents calmly and professionally while prioritising customer safety.
• Complete incident reports and documentation when required.
• Support emergency procedures and assist with safe venue evacuations if necessary.

About the Role
