Job summary

FGH Security is seeking a vigilant SIA Door Supervisor to join our Exeter team. You will assess guests, manage entry, and patrol venues to keep people safe during weekend evening shifts. A valid SIA Door Supervision Licence is required.

You'll work at venues including Albert's Schloss and Manahatta, with an hourly rate of £16.00–£19.00 plus holiday pay. Prior experience in the night-time economy and strong customer service are highly valued.

Qualifications

• SIA Door Supervision Licence is required.
• Experience working as a Door Supervisor in the night-time economy (bars, pubs, clubs, etc.).
• Availability Friday and Saturday evenings.

Responsibilities

• Assess the suitability of guests and monitor behaviour in line with policies/legal requirements.
• Ensure the venue operates to a safe capacity and crowds are dispersed appropriately.
• Patrol the venue and undertake occasional physical searches of guests.
• Require guests to leave the venue and/or refuse entry when behaviour/suitability is not in line with house-rules/policies; may require physical intervention.
• Protect assets.
• Report and record details of incidents, searches and patrol.

About The Role

Position: SIA Door Supervisor - Exeter

Hourly Rate: £16.00 - £19.00 plus holiday pay (FGH Group operates a holiday accrual scheme in line with the government guidelines at 12.07%)

Schedule: Weekend evening shifts

We are looking for new Door Supervisors who champion our values to join our team Keeping People Safe in Exeter.

Albert's Schloss, Manahatta, Banyan and BOX enlist our highly trained security team to blend seamlessly into the customer experiencewhilstproviding effective safety and security to patrons and employees.

Candidates must hold a valid SIA Door Supervision Licence.

Your main duties will include:

• Assess the suitability of guests and monitor behaviour in line with policies/legal requirements.
