Job summary

University of Southampton is seeking an engaging fundraiser to raise philanthropic income and build rewarding partnerships with individuals and organisations. Working within the Fundraising team, you will support the University's priorities, including student support programmes, PhD initiatives, and medical research projects.

You will learn new fundraising skills, working with experienced colleagues who guide your development.

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising or helping drive philanthropic income.
• Ability to build personal, creative partnerships with donors and stakeholders.
• Excellent writing and communication with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Raise philanthropic income to advance University of Southampton initiatives.
• Build and manage relationships with individuals and organisations; steward donors.
• Collaborate with fundraising team to support priorities (student support, PhD programme, medical research).
