Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh is seeking an organised Philanthropy and Development Assistant to support fundraising, donor engagement and development activities. You will work with the Philanthropy Manager and Head of Development, delivering comprehensive administrative support across campaigns, CRM management and donor communications.

Formación

• Educated to A-Level, HNC or equivalent level.
• Experience in an administrative or support role.
• Able to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to the Development team for fundraising, donor stewardship and funding programmes.
• Draft and coordinate donor communications and stewardship letters.
• Maintain and update the CRM system (Beacon) with donor and donation data.
• Support financial administration processes including invoice creation and donation tracking.
• Coordinate team operations, meetings and minute taking.
• Assist with fundraising campaigns through copywriting and content creation.
• Undertake desk research to identify potential funders.
• Collaborate with Communications on donor communications and website content.
• Coordinate governance support including committee papers and tracking actions.
• Support post-award processes and reporting for awards and recipients.
• Assist with recognition activities such as medal engraving and certificate production.
• Manage Development team inboxes and triage queries.
