Job summary

The Haven Wolverhampton is seeking an experienced Fundraiser to join our team, raising funds to support women and children who have experienced domestic abuse. The role covers supporter care, donor journeys and coordinating charity events such as Golf Days and Galas, with a focus on building lasting relationships and delivering impactful fundraising campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience of building meaningful relationships with individuals, groups and businesses.
• Experience of planning and running events and coordinating with multiple suppliers and stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire our supporters.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience creating donor journeys and engagement campaigns to drive giving and loyalty.
• Ability to leverage CRM to monitor donor behaviour, track income and generate insights.
• Produce regular reports to inform decision-making and demonstrate impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with supporters and partners.
• Plan, organise and attend Haven events (Golf Days, Galas, networking events).
• Provide guidance to supporters on arranging third-party fundraising activities.
• Monitor income and expenditure; ensure donations are properly accounted for and acknowledged.
• Maintain accurate supporter records in the CRM and generate engagement insights.
• Represent The Haven Wolverhampton at events in the local area and online.
