World Vision International (New) in Milton Keynes is seeking a dedicated Fundraising Administrator to support the Philanthropy team. You will help donors have an excellent experience while enabling fundraisers to secure income that transforms the lives of vulnerable children.

This permanent, full-time role offers 36.5 hours per week with hybrid working and a salary of £30,874 per year. You’ll manage donor records, process gifts, and coordinate events, empowering teams to build lasting donor

Qualifikationen

• You will bring experience from an administrative, operational, fundraising, supporter care, customer service, finance administration or team support role.
• Clear written and verbal communication, excellent organisation and a collaborative approach are essential.
• You will also be comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.

Aufgaben

• Provide proactive administrative support, coordinating meetings, agendas, actions, calendars, trackers and team priorities.
• Support accurate gift processing, pledge tracking, acknowledgements, income reporting and donation queries.
• Maintain complete and timely donor records on the CRM, including contact details, giving history, communications and stewardship activity.
• Coordinate donor communications such as thank‑you letters, impact updates, reports and meeting follow‑ups.
• Support donor events and meetings, including invitations, guest lists, briefings, suppliers, materials and post‑event actions.
• Work collaboratively across Finance, Supporter Care, Data and Insight, Communications and Programme teams to improve processes and deliver an excellent supporter experience.
