Job summary

Battersea is hiring a Supporter Experience Officer to deliver an exceptional experience to all supporters across the organisation by implementing personalised communication journeys across a range of channels and audiences to retain support and increase engagement with Battersea.

You will develop retention communications, contact donors across media at the relevant time with the right messaging, and create materials for campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver supporter retention communications across email, text, telephone and mail.
• Maximise support by contacting donors across media at the right moments with relevant communications.
• Develop materials for campaigns, liaising with internal teams and agencies to produce effective materials.
• Analyse and monitor campaign performance to maximise net income and guide supporter experience strategy.
• Represent the Battersea brand to inspire fundraisers and the public alike.
