Job summary

Battersea Dogs & Cats Home is seeking a Supporter Services Administrator to deliver excellent supporter care to existing, potential and previous supporters, helping to develop relationships and maximise income for Battersea.

The role operates on a 50% onsite hybrid model with a focus on data management, compliance and coordinating with donors, suppliers and agencies. The 13-week fixed-term vacancy closes on 5th October 2026.

Job description

Please note this is a 13 week fixed-term vacancy.

Our supporters are at the very heart of our fundraising efforts. The team responsible for data management, supporter care, and compliance plays a vital role in enabling our fundraising teams to operate effectively. We work closely with Battersea colleagues, suppliers, and agencies acting on our behalf to collect, process, and analyse data. We are committed to supporting our generous donors and customers by ensuring their contributions are recognised and celebrated through outstanding customer care. We ensure that all fundraising activities are carried out with diligence, care, and in full compliance with relevant regulations, using data-driven insights to maximise impact.

The Supporter Services Administrator is responsible for delivering excellent supporter care to existing, potential and previous supporters of Battersea, to develop relationships and maximise income for Battersea.

Our hybrid working model:

We operate a 50% onsite hybrid working model, with our office-based staff splitting their time between site based and home working. This enables our office-based staff to balance the benefits of home working with onsite collaboration and maintaining a connection to our cause.
