Battersea Dogs & Cats Home is seeking a Supporter Experience Officer to deliver an exceptional experience to supporters across the organisation, through personalised, multis-channel communications that retain support and boost engagement.

You will develop retention programmes, work with internal teams and agencies, monitor campaign performance, and help drive income for Battersea while upholding our brand and values.

Qualifications

• Experience designing multis-channel supporter journeys.
• Ability to analyse campaign performance and inform strategy.
• Collaborate with teams and external agencies on campaigns.
• Proven track record in donor retention and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver supporter retention communications across email, text, phone, and mail.
• Develop materials for campaigns aligned with Battersea branding.
• Analyse campaign performance to maximise net income.
• Represent the Battersea brand to inspire fundraisers and the public.
