Job summary

Prospectus is delighted to be working with our client to recruit for an Individual Giving and Supporter Care Assistant for the Army's national charity. The role is permanent, paying £32,929 per annum, and will be based in London with hybrid working from offices in Victoria.

Key duties include processing donor donations, handling supporter queries by email, post and phone, and assisting the Individual Giving Manager with invoices and filing. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and phone manner with confidence communicating with a wide range of people at all levels.
• Strong written communication skills with fluent writing style and good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Processing donor donations.
• Answering supporter queries on email, in writing, and over the phone.
• Assisting the Individual Giving Manager with their work, processing invoices, and maintaining filing systems for supporter correspondence & records.
