Job summary

St Luke's Hospice Sheffield is seeking an Individual Giving & Campaigns Co-ordinator to support the delivery and growth of our individual giving, lottery and supporter engagement activity. You will work with the Supporter Engagement Manager to coordinate campaigns, manage relationships with partners and ensure campaigns meet income targets.

The role involves administering the lottery programme and maximising donor engagement across Sheffield and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising, marketing, supporter engagement, customer engagement, project coordination or campaign delivery.
• Ability to plan, co-ordinate and deliver campaigns or fundraising activities.
• Experience building and managing relationships with stakeholders, partners, suppliers or supporters.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate.
• Understanding of individual giving fundraising, including regular giving, hospice lottery and raffle fundraising.
• Knowledge of regulations, compliance requirements and best practice relating to hospice lotteries and fundraising.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for professional representation.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities, projects and deadlines.
• Experience using databases and analysing performance data to monitor activity and inform decisions.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and drive activity forward while collaborating with colleagues.
• Proactive, solution-focused with attention to detail.
• Passion for supporting St Luke's vision and local people.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery and growth of individual giving, lottery and supporter engagement activity.
• Coordinate a wide range of fundraising campaigns and activities.
• Assist administration and day-to-day coordination of the lottery programme.
• Collaborate with the Supporter Engagement Manager and external partners to maximise engagement and income.
• Help ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and supporters have an exceptional experience.
• Travel across Sheffield and surrounding areas; occasional evenings and weekends may be required.
