Job summary

Domino's Pizza Group plc is seeking a motivated Shift Manager to lead busy shifts, ensuring quality service and teamwork in our fast-paced store. You'll manage daily operations, oversee staff, and maintain high standards.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience, a passion for customer service, and excellent organizational skills. Positions available are full-time or part-time with required weekday, evening, and weekend availability.

Your responsibilities

• Availability for evenings and every weekend (required)
• Lead and motivate your team during shifts to deliver excellent service and quality
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently
• Monitor product quality, speed of service, and order accuracy
• Manage rotas and shift planning to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time
• Support and coach team members to develop their skills and confidence
• Maintain store standards, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times
• Ensure all deliveries and food storage meet brand and food safety standards
• Manage customer satisfaction and resolve any in-store issues professionally
• Work with your Store Manager to drive sales and meet performance targets
• Ensure compliance with Domino's brand standards, health & safety, and security policies
• Support local marketing initiatives and store promotions

What you'll need
