Domino's Pizza Group plc in Hawick is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead busy shifts, supervise team members and ensure fast, friendly service while upholding our brand standards.

You will manage rotas, monitor quality and hygiene, train staff and drive store performance, with progression opportunities and a competitive hourly rate of up to £13.20 plus increments after training.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred in hospitality, retail or food service.
• Strong customer service orientation and team leadership.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team during shifts to deliver excellent service and quality.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient running.
• Manage rotas and shift planning to have the right people at the right times.
• Monitor product quality, speed of service and order accuracy.
• Support and coach team members to develop skills and confidence.
• Maintain store hygiene, safety and brand standards at all times.
• Ensure deliveries and food storage meet brand and food safety standards.
• Resolve in-store issues professionally and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to drive sales and meet targets.
• Assist with local promotions and adhere to health, safety and security policies.

Your responsibilities

• Availability for evenings and every weekend (required)
• Lead and motivate your team during shifts to deliver excellent service and quality
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently
• Monitor product quality, speed of service, and order accuracy
• Manage rotas and shift planning to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time
• Support and coach team members to develop their skills and confidence
• Maintain store standards, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times
• Ensure all deliveries and food storage meet brand and food safety standards
• Manage customer satisfaction and resolve any in-store issues professionally
• Work with your Store Manager to drive sales and meet performance targets
• Ensure compliance with Domino’s brand standards, health & safety, and security policies
• Support local marketing initiatives and store promotions

What you’ll need

• Previous supervisory or management experience (hospitality, retail, or food service ideal)
