Job summary

Responsibilities

• Availability for evenings and every weekend (required).
• Lead and motivate your team during shifts to deliver excellent service and quality.
• Oversee day-to-day operations for a smooth and efficient store.
• Monitor product quality, speed of service and order accuracy.
• Manage rotas and shift planning to ensure the right people are in the right place.
• Coach team members to develop skills and confidence.
• Maintain store standards, hygiene and safety procedures at all times.
• Ensure deliveries and storage meet brand and food safety standards.
• Handle customer satisfaction and resolve in-store issues professionally.
• Work with the Store Manager to drive sales and meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, health & safety, and security.

Your responsibilities

• Availability for evenings and every weekend (required)
• Lead and motivate your team during shifts to deliver excellent service and quality
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently
• Monitor product quality, speed of service, and order accuracy
• Manage rotas and shift planning to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time
• Support and coach team members to develop their skills and confidence
• Maintain store standards, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times
• Ensure all deliveries and food storage meet brand and food safety standards
• Manage customer satisfaction and resolve any in-store issues professionally
• Work with your Store Manager to drive sales and meet performance targets
• Ensure compliance with Domino’s brand standards, health & safety, and security policies
• Support local marketing initiatives and store promotions

What you’ll need

• Previous supervisory or management experience (hospitality, retail, or food service ideal)
