Domino's Pizza Group plc in the United Kingdom is seeking a capable Shift Manager to lead busy shifts, motivate your team and ensure service, quality and teamwork are maintained across every part of the store.

You’ll manage rotas, coach staff, uphold hygiene and food safety standards, and drive customer satisfaction while supporting store promotions and sales targets. This role offers progression and training in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality, retail, or food service.
• Strong customer-service mindset and team leadership.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Availability for evenings and every weekend (required).

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities

• Availability for evenings and every weekend (required)
• Lead and motivate your team during shifts to deliver excellent service and quality
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently
• Monitor product quality, speed of service, and order accuracy
• Manage rotas and shift planning to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time
• Support and coach team members to develop their skills and confidence
• Maintain store standards, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times
• Ensure all deliveries and food storage meet brand and food safety standards
• Manage customer satisfaction and resolve any in-store issues professionally
• Work with your Store Manager to drive sales and meet performance targets
• Ensure compliance with Domino’s brand standards, health & safety, and security policies
• Support local marketing initiatives and store promotions

What you’ll need
