Domino’s Pizza Group plc is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead busy shifts, motivate the team, and ensure service, quality and speed across every order.

This on-site role requires availability for evenings and every weekend, overseeing store operations, managing rotas, coaching staff, and maintaining brand standards while driving sales and customer satisfaction. Earn £13.21–£13.71 per hour with staff discounts and pension.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality, retail, or food service.
• Passion for customer service and leading a team.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for evenings and every weekend (required).

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team during shifts to deliver excellent service and quality.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor product quality, speed of service, and order accuracy.
• Manage rotas and shift planning to ensure the right people are in the right place.
• Coach team members to develop their skills and confidence.
• Maintain store standards, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times.
• Ensure deliveries and food storage meet brand and food safety standards.
• Manage customer satisfaction and resolve in-store issues professionally.
• Work with Store Manager to drive sales and meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, health & safety, and security policies.
• Support local marketing initiatives and store promotions.
