Job summary

Domino's Pizza Group plc is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead busy shifts and motivate the team in a fast-paced store in Galashiels. You will oversee daily operations, ensure quality and service standards, and manage rotas to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team during shifts to deliver excellent service and quality.
• Oversee day-to-day operations so the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor product quality, speed of service, and order accuracy.
• Manage rotas and shift planning to ensure right staffing at all times.
• Support and coach team members to develop skills and confidence.
• Maintain store hygiene and safety procedures at all times.
• Ensure deliveries and food storage meet brand and food safety standards.
• Manage customer satisfaction and resolve in-store issues professionally.
• Work with the Store Manager to drive sales and meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, health and safety, and security policies.
• Support local marketing initiatives and store promotions.

Your responsibilities

• Availability for evenings and every weekend (required)
