Responsibilities include managing rotas, coaching staff, and driving sales targets, all while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role offers progression, training, and a competitive hourly rate with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience (hospitality, retail, or food service ideal).
• A genuine passion for customer service and leading a team.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• Maintain store standards, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times
• Ensure all deliveries and food storage meet brand and food safety standards
• Manage customer satisfaction and resolve any in-store issues professionally
• Work with your Store Manager to drive sales and meet performance targets
• Ensure compliance with Domino's brand standards, health & safety, and security policies
• Support local marketing initiatives and store promotions
