Domino's Pizza Group plc is seeking a Shift Manager to lead busy shifts, motivate the team, and ensure service and quality. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This role requires availability for evenings and every weekend, along with strong communication and organizational skills. Competitive pay of up to £13.50 per hour plus a bonus after training.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience, ideally in hospitality, retail, or food service.
• A genuine passion for customer service and leading a team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for evenings and every weekend.

Your responsibilities

• Availability for evenings and every weekend (required)
• Lead and motivate your team during shifts to deliver excellent service and quality
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently
• Monitor product quality, speed of service, and order accuracy
• Manage rotas and shift planning to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time
• Support and coach team members to develop their skills and confidence
• Maintain store standards, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times
• Ensure all deliveries and food storage meet brand and food safety standards
• Manage customer satisfaction and resolve any in-store issues professionally
• Work with your Store Manager to drive sales and meet performance targets
• Ensure compliance with Domino’s brand standards, health & safety, and security policies
• Support local marketing initiatives and store promotions
