Job summary

New Way Recruitment is partnering with an established independent home care provider to recruit a Domiciliary Registered Manager in Basingstoke. You will lead a community-based service, ensuring person-centred care and high-quality standards across the team.

This role focuses on quality and compliance, staff development, and efficient operational management including budgets and resources. Strong relationships with clients, families, and local authorities are essential for ongoing service growth.

Qualifications

• Lead the service to meet and exceed CQC standards, driving continuous improvement and high-quality care.
• Inspire, support and develop care coordinators, field supervisors and care professionals.
• Oversee the day-to-day running of the service, including staffing, scheduling, budgets and resources.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, families, local authorities and healthcare professionals.
• Care plans and risk assessments are regularly reviewed and reflect each individual's needs, preferences and circumstances.
• Identify opportunities to develop the service while maintaining exceptional standards of care.
