Job summary

Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Respiratory Care Team within the Urgent Care Division on a part-time basis (28 hours per week).

You will assess and support patients requiring oxygen therapy in domiciliary settings, working with a dynamic respiratory nurse team to improve care. Travel for home visit assessments is required, and driving a car is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in general respiratory nursing is required.
• Diploma or recognised respiratory course is preferred or candidate working towards a degree.
• Must have driving licence and access to a car for home visits.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Respiratory multi-disciplinary team and contribute to MDT meetings.
• Deliver nurse-led clinics, new diagnoses, reviews, and home assessments.
• Liaise with internal and external care providers including Community Home Oxygen teams.
