Job summary

Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust is recruiting for a Band 6 respiratory role within Hertfordshire Adult Community Services. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary community respiratory team delivering specialist care across West Hertfordshire, including home oxygen assessment and review, in patients' homes and clinics.

The post offers autonomous practice with strong MDT support and requires a full UK driving licence with access to a car for business use.

Qualifications

• Experience in respiratory care, with background in COPD, asthma, or ILD.

Responsibilities

• Undertake comprehensive respiratory assessments for patients with complex needs.
• Implement home oxygen therapy and pulmonary rehabilitation as appropriate.
• Provide compassionate emotional support to patients and their families or carers living with chronic respiratory conditions.
• Deliver care through a combination of community home visits and nurse or physiotherapist led clinics across West Hertfordshire.
