Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Part-time Home Oxygen Assessment Nurse to join the Respiratory Care Team in the Urgent Care Division. The role involves assessing and supporting patients requiring oxygen therapy at home and delivering hospital-based outpatient clinics alongside home visit assessments.

You should be a Registered Nurse with respiratory experience, ideally with a Teaching and Assessing Qualification, and prepared for travel to patients.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse with current registration.
• Experience in Respiratory Nursing is advantageous.
• Teaching and Assessing Qualification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess and support patients requiring oxygen therapy at domiciliary basis.
• Work with MDT to deliver nurse-led clinics and home visits.
• Liaise with community Home Oxygen team and other providers.
