Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse with UK registration.
• Teaching and Assessing Qualification.
• Interest or experience in Respiratory Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Respiratory multi-disciplinary team to manage clinic and home visit care.
• Liaise with internal and external care providers to ensure seamless patient care.
• Deliver hospital outpatient clinics, home assessments, and nurse-led services.
