Naija UK Connect Limited is recruiting a Domiciliary Care Worker to provide in-home care, supporting clients to live independently with dignity. You will follow care plans, document care activities, and coordinate with families and health professionals. A driving licence helps as some visits require transport.

Qualifications

• Experience in nursing home or domiciliary care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Caring, patient and empathetic approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• First aid certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate personal care and support with daily living activities
• Following individual care plans and maintaining accurate care records
• Communicating effectively with service users, families and healthcare professionals
• Supporting clients with personal hygiene, mobility and other daily tasks
• Accompanying or driving clients to appointments and outings when required
• Maintaining a clean, safe and comfortable home environment
• Providing emotional support to clients and their families
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and other care professionals
• Demonstrating professionalism, empathy and leadership when supporting service users
