Job summary

Naija UK Connect Limited is seeking a compassionate Domiciliary Care Worker to support clients with daily living activities, promote independence, and enhance quality of life. The role offers UK visa sponsorship for eligible applicants and requires driving access to visit clients across the Gainsborough area.

You will provide personal care, meal assistance, companionship, and help with mobility, while maintaining meticulous records and reporting changes to supervisors and healthcare

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of care-related work experience.
• GCSE or equivalent qualification required.
• Valid UK Driving Licence required; access to a reliable vehicle preferred.
• Right to work in the UK is required.
• Enhanced DBS certificate on Update Service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Assist with meals and dietary needs.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with medication management per care plan.
• Support mobility and safe movement.
• Record care provided accurately and report changes to healthcare professionals.
• Encourage social activities and outings.
• Maintain accurate records of care delivered.
