Job summary

Naija UK Connect Limited seeks a dedicated Domiciliary Care Worker to support clients in their own homes in Gainsborough South West, Lincolnshire. You will assist with daily living activities, meals, mobility and companionship, ensuring dignity and safety at all times.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of care experience, a UK driving licence, access to a vehicle and the Right to Work in the UK. Visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of care work experience.
• UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• GCSE or equivalent qualification and DBS where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Prepare meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with medication management and routines.
• Support clients with limited mobility and safe movement.
• Record care provided and report changes to health professionals.
• Organise social activities and outings to encourage participation.
