Job summary

Completely Care is seeking a Domiciliary Care Worker in Monmouthshire to support adults in their own homes. You will help with daily living activities, provide dignity-centered care, and promote independence while traveling between client visits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and support with daily living activities.
• Assist with moving and handling, including safe use of hoists and equipment.
• Administer medication where appropriately trained and authorised.
• Offer companionship and emotional support, helping to reduce loneliness and promote wellbeing.
• Encourage and support clients to remain as independent as possible with dignity.

We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Domiciliary Care Workers to join our agency team in Monmouthshire. • An Enhanced DBS certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is preferred.
• Registration with Social Care Wales (SCW) is required.
