Job summary

MD2 Recruitment Ltd is seeking compassionate Domiciliary Care Assistants to provide high-quality in-home support, helping clients maintain independence, dignity and quality of life.

This role involves visiting multiple clients across Greater London, 30–40 hours per week, full training provided, enhanced DBS, and a UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle preferred. You will document care records and follow safeguarding guidelines to ensure wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Full training provided for those without care experience.
• UK driving licence and access to own vehicle preferred for travel between clients
• Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.

• Assisting with medication in line with care plans and company policies.
• Preparing meals and supporting nutrition and hydration.
• Assisting with light household duties, including cleaning, laundry and shopping.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Supporting individuals to attend appointments and access the community.
• Accurately completing care records and reporting changes in wellbeing.
• Promoting independence, choice, dignity and respect at all times.
• Following safeguarding procedures, health and safety guidelines and company policies.

These are positions offering 30-40 hours a week of work with the opportunity for Permanent employment
