Job summary

IOS Care is seeking compassionate Female Domiciliary Care Workers to support clients living in their own homes across Cardiff. You will help with daily living, meals, personal care and mobility, while promoting independence and safety.

Applicants should have a caring disposition, good communication skills, a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle. Full-time or part-time roles available with training provided.

Qualifications

• Previous home care experience is preferred.
• First aid knowledge advantageous.
• Must have a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and dressing.
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.

• Document care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to appropriate personnel.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
