Job summary

Neptune Home Care Ltd. is seeking a Domiciliary Care Worker in Milton Keynes. You will deliver person-centred home care to clients in their own homes, supporting daily living activities and promoting independence.

No prior experience is required as full training will be provided; you must have access to your own vehicle with MOT and insurance. DBS check and two references are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care in clients' homes
• Assist with personal care tasks (washing, dressing, bathing, toileting)
• Administer or assist with medication as needed
• Support clients with social visits, appointments and local travel
• Follow each client's tailored support plan

Domiciliary Care Worker | Milton Keynes | Full Time | £12.75-£13.50 per hour plus mileage allowance

What will your role look like?

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care in clients' homes
• Assist with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, bathing and toileting
• Administer or assist with medication as needed
• Support clients with social visits, including shopping trips, doctor's appointments and travel around Milton Keynes
• Follow each client's tailored support plan to ensure their individual needs are met
