Neptune Home Care Ltd is seeking a Domiciliary Care Worker in Milton Keynes. Full-time role offering £12.75-£13.50 per hour plus mileage allowance. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required. A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle with MOT and insurance are essential. DBS check and two references are required.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care in clients' homes.
• Assist with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, bathing and toileting.
• Administer or assist with medication as needed.
• Support clients with social visits, including shopping trips, doctor's appointments and travel around Milton Keynes.
• Follow each client's tailored support plan to ensure their individual needs are met.
