Job summary

Home Instead West Exeter & Teignbridge is seeking a Registered Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of two domiciliary care offices. You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, lead staff, and manage care planning, quality assurance and client engagement.

You will work closely with the HR provider, support payroll and budgets, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining safe staffing and excellent client service in the local community.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of care teams in domiciliary / homecare settings.
• Strong knowledge of care regulations and CQC requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing budgets, payroll and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of two Home Instead offices in the area.
• Act as Registered Manager for regulated activity and ensure compliance.
• Lead, train and support Care Professionals and office team.
• Drive quality assurance and continuous service improvements.
• Manage client acquisition process and ensure safe staffing levels.
• Lead on recruitment, disciplinary processes and staff development.
