Flow Sports Personnel Ltd's client is seeking a Domiciliary Care Manager to oversee the Slough/Uxbridge area, leading a home care service with a strong emphasis on compassionate, personalised support for clients and families.

As Registered Care Manager you will ensure delivery of care in line with legislation, drive quality outcomes, develop staff performance, and work toward a Good or Outstanding CQC rating. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring IT literacy and a valid driving licence.

Formación

• Experience managing a domiciliary care setting and achieving Good/Outstanding CQC ratings.
• Diploma in Health and Social Care Level 5 or equivalent (Desirable).
• Proven leadership in team management and performance improvement.
• IT literacy and numeracy skills in English.
• Valid driving licence and access to a car.
