This role requires strong leadership, a commercial mindset, and solid experience with CQC inspections. You will also liaise with local authorities and commissioners, and participate in weekend on-call duties.

• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection preparation.
• Experience working with local authorities and commissioning teams.
• Track record of growing care hours and improving branch performance.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Full UK driving licence.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care branch, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and policies.
• Lead and develop the Care Coordinator and Field Supervisor to maintain an effective team.
• Drive business growth by increasing care hours from ~700 per week.
• Build and maintain relationships with local authorities and commissioners.
• Prepare the branch for its first CQC inspection with robust QA and compliance processes.
• Monitor service performance and implement action plans for improvement.
• Ensure high standards of person-centred care and client satisfaction.
• Manage branch resources and seek opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Participate in shared on-call rota, including evenings and weekends.
