Domiciliary Care Assistant - Bank

£13.20 per hour

Shifts will be a mixture of:

• 7am - 11.30am
• 6.45am - 14.00
• 13.45 - 22.00
• 18.00 - 22.00

We are looking for Domiciliary Care Assistants to join our team at Richmond Village Add Village Location. As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will provide care and support to our residents who live in our serviced apartments on site. The great news is there is no travel as all your residents are in one place.

What the role entails:

While no two days will be the same, your duties may include:

• Assisting residents with personal care duties
• Supporting residents at mealtimes when appropriate
• Promoting mental and physical activity through hobbies and activities within the village
• Responding to emergency calls on site when the care alert system is activated
• Collaborating with the Domiciliary Care Manager and external professionals such as GPs, Chiropodists, Occupational Therapists, and Physiotherapists

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

Experience in a care or dementia setting is preferred, or a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent). However, full training will be provided for suitable candidates.
