An exciting opportunity for a Domestic/Housekeeper at the NHS in Birmingham. The role includes maintaining high cleaning standards in a secure mental health facility. Candidates should possess cleaning experience within an NHS context and knowledge of applicable standards and regulations.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Domestic/Housekeeper to work in a dynamic environment providing high quality domestic services within the Tamarind Centre which is an 89 bedded medium secure mental health hospital in the Bordesley Green area of Birmingham.
Ideally you will have experience of providing domestic and housekeeping services within an NHS environment and sound understanding of infection prevention and control, COSHH, and current BICS registration

Disclosure
All roles will be subject to a successful disclosure at an appropriate level from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), satisfactory reference check, qualifications' check, occupational health check and mandatory training prior to commencement of employment.
Responsible for providing high standards of cleanliness to a designated area/service under the supervision of the domestic supervisor, including the safe use of mechanical and electrical equipment following appropriate training.
