The Sureserve Group is seeking a qualified Plumbing Technician to join Sureserve Compliance South. You will assess sites, identify materials, and log work in our PDA/IT system, supporting gas and electrical services across social housing in London and the South East.

We require a Level 2 plumbing qualification and a full UK driving licence (6 points or less). You will deliver high levels of customer service while coordinating with procurement and residents on timescales.

Qualificações

• Level 2 plumbing qualification or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Risk assess work environments before starting to avoid damages or injuries.
• Identify materials and parts and record logs in the PDA/IT system.
• Liaise with procurement/admin and inform residents of timescales.
• Manage allocated van stock and maintain stock levels.
• Work flexibly, including outside normal hours when needed.
• Carry out daily tasks with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Report vulnerabilities to management via the internal system.
• Keep the company vehicle clean, wear the correct uniform, and dispose of waste per regulations.

We support our clients across domestic gas, commercial gas, renewables, and electrical services. Role

• To risk assess work/working environments before starting any works to avoid damages or injuries, and undertake all work in accordance with Health & Safety and The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations (GSIUR) 1998

• To identify materials and parts required to carry out repairs to the set company standard. To record accurate logs of work undertaken and materials used capturing this on the company's PDA / I.T system

• There any further works are required, to liaise with procurement & admin teams then inform residents of timescale for completion of the work being undertaken

• To manage, control and be responsible for allocated van stock ensuring levels are kept as necessary

• Be prepared to work flexible with the possibility of work outside normal working hours depending on the needs of the business

• Carryout your daily tasks in a helpful and professional approach prioritising customer service

• To report any vulnerabilities or concerns to management via our internal system so it can be addressed and reported back to the appropriate client

• To keep your allocated company vehicle clean and tidy at all times, always wear correct uniform and dispose of any waste to company/HSE regulations

The successful candidate will have

• Level 2 plumbing qualification or equivalent

• Full UK Driving Licence (6 points or less)

• Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential

• Experience delivering high levels of customer service

• The ability to work with a diverse customer base
