The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out domestic gas appliance servicing and safety inspections, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

• Completing landlord gas safety certificates (CP12)

Skills and experinece;

• Current Gas Safe Registration
• Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience
• Valid ACS qualifications - CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 and HTR1
• Proven domestic gas servicing and repair experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Own vehicle, tools and equipment
• Minimum £2 million public liability insurance
• Right to work in the UK
