Job summary

Tottenham Hotspur Football Club is seeking a Grassroots Scouting Coordinator within our Academy Recruitment department. You will lead a local network to identify and assess talented players within a 90-minute radius of the Spurs Academy, building strong ties with grassroots clubs and coaches across London and surrounding counties.

Qualifications

• Experience in identifying and assessing young players within local football networks.
• Ability to build and manage a scouting network with clear feedback.
• Strong knowledge of grassroots youth football and talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a local scouting network to identify and track talent within London and surrounding counties.
• Develop relationships with grassroots clubs, coaches, scouts and partners to maximise coverage.
• Lead trialist processes including observations and documented feedback.
• Ensure administration, welcome packs, player records and communications meet high standards.
• Maintain maximum scouting coverage with focus on priority areas and academy needs.
• Represent Spurs Academy professionally at grassroots events and meetings.
